OSMC Symbols
This page serves as a playground for osmc:symbol tags. There are currently several different descriptions available:

Feature Description
This implementation supports everything
waymarkedtrails.org supports, with the following changes:
- A second foreground is allowed - there are no restrictions on the combination of foregrounds, but some don't make much sense (e.g. a bar under a cross)
- Some symbols got their logical counterpart (e.g. lower and right are supplemented with upper and left. Corner got its mirrored version corner_left)
- Several symbols support a second color name. E.g.
red_blue_fork has the diagonal lines and the bar in different colors.
- Backgrounds
frame and circle can have two colors - the first one is the outline, the second one the fill color.
- Unicode in text is supported, but results vary depending on locally installed fonts.
